Have you tried our Interactive Video Tellers (ITMs)!  Touch the screen and then touch the HELP button – it’s as simple as that!

Now you can make deposits and withdrawals, cash checks, make loan payments and more using our ITMs! Video Tellers are available to assist from 7am – 6pm from our Williamstown call center and service you whether you’re in our Williamstown, Lubeck, Parkersburg, South Parkersburg offices or Drive-Thru locations. ITMs provide the convenience of an ATM, with an in-bank experience!

ATM Machines and Surcharge Free Access

If you are a Williamstown Bank customer, you can use the below local ATMs without incurring a surcharge. Should your Visa Debit Card get lost or stolen, please contact any of our  offices as soon as possible at (304) 375-6262 or (304) 485-1717 or (304) 973-1442 or (681) 588-0702. If it is after regular business hours, please call (304) 375-8128 to have your card restricted.
